The Opportunity:

Are you a tenacious go-getter with a knack for building relationships? As a Sales Development Representative at Corintech, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your mission: to identify and engage potential clients in the PCB assembly and design arena, setting the stage for impactful collaborations. With mentorship from our Sales Director and a clear pathway to technical sales roles, this is your chance to make a mark.

What You’ll Do:

  • Dive deep into market research to pinpoint prospective clients.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Assess client needs, ensuring a perfect match with our offerings.
  • Arrange impactful meetings between potential clients and our sales experts.
  • Keep the CRM up-to-date with lead insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling lead generation strategies.
  • Provide invaluable feedback to refine our sales and marketing approaches.

  • Personality:
    •  Relentlessly driven, with an insatiable desire to exceed targets.

    • Proactive and innovative in tackling challenges.
    • Meticulously organised, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Passion:
    • Enthusiastic about manufacturing/electronics and eager to delve into PCB assembly and design.
    • Committed to staying ahead of industry trends and breakthroughs.
  • Experience & Skills:
    • Proven experience in sales or lead generation is a plus, however full training will be provided.
    • Experience with sales tools/CRM etc would be beneficial.
    • Aptitude for grasping technical concepts and conveying them with clarity.

What We Offer:

  • A salary in the range of £25,000 – £29,000, depending on experience.
  • Discretionary bonuses.

  • Working hours: 0830-1700 Monday to Thursday, 0830-1600 Friday.
